The Role You’ll Play

As a Field Account Executive, you’ll expand the ClassPass partner network across Brisbane and the surrounding region. You’ll connect with the most exciting studios, gyms, spas, and emerging wellness brands, building relationships that help our partners thrive and our members discover what moves them.

Drive new business growth by signing high-value fitness, wellness, and lifestyle partners in your market

Meet or exceed monthly goals by consistently expanding the ClassPass partner network

Take a field-first approach, building authentic connections through in-person visits, meetings, and community events

Use your local insight to spot up-and-coming studios, spas, and experiences before anyone else

Cultivate lasting relationships that create mutual value for partners and members

Represent ClassPass with confidence, delivering engaging presentations and tailored proposals

Track activity and progress in Salesforce to maintain accurate forecasts and a healthy pipeline

Experience You Bring

1–2 years of B2B sales experience in a fast-paced, transactional environment

A proven record of exceeding sales targets and achieving measurable growth

Strong local network or familiarity with the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industries

Confident communicator with solid negotiation and presentation skills

Skilled in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Office tools

REQUIRED: Based in Brisbane, with the ability to travel across the broader region
