The Role

This role will be both challenging and rewarding, and will provide a great opportunity for you to expand your knowledge and skills. Developing your leadership abilities within our team and building your reputation within a growing company.

Support your Manager in executing spectacular events.

Nurture, coach and develop the team.

Management of on shift labour.

Run our events in unique spaces.

Ensure that all regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times

What it takes to succeed

Experience working in large scale function and events operations.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in large scale function and events operations is required.

A strong focus on executing prestige events with skill in precision.

A passion for food, service and spectacular events

A positive and solutions based attitude

Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene

Great communication skills.

Experience supervising a team of F&B attendants.

Minimum 1-2 years of team supervision experience is required.

A current RSA

Working with children's check
