We are looking for a FOH Team Member, which will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating an enjoyable experience for our patrons. In this casual position, you will be responsible for a range of front-of-house duties within our vibrant hospitality settings in Ararat, VIC.

We are also seeking a Functions Coordinator for a full-time salaried role. This position oversees all events and functions from enquiry to completion, coordinating with clients to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is organised, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining the venue’s standards and professionalism.

FOH Team Member

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and attending to customers in a friendly and professional manner

Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments efficiently

Maintaining a clean and well-organised front-of-house area

Restocking and replenishing supplies as needed

Providing recommendations on menu items and special offerings

Assisting with functions and events as required

Following all health, safety and service standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Passion for providing exceptional customer service

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends

Functions Co-ordinator

What you'll be doing

Coordinate all functions and events from booking to completion.

Liaise with clients to confirm details, menus, and schedules.

Prepare and distribute run sheets and function briefs.

Oversee room setup, service, and staff during events.

Promote and sell the venue’s function spaces to new and existing clients.

Manage budgets, invoicing, and post-event reporting.

Train, roster, and supervise function staff.

This is a full time salaried position

What we're looking for

Previous experience in event or hospitality management (club or similar).

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Confident managing teams and multiple events.

Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards.

Current RSA and RSG required (this can be obtained once you begin)
