Machinery Operator – Turf Production
Do you want to be part of producing the top-quality turf that ends up on sports fields, parks, and backyards across Australia?
We’re looking for a Machinery Operator who enjoys working outdoors and loves big, specialised machines. You’ll be hands-on with state-of-the-art turf harvesting equipment and centre pivot irrigation systems, playing a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Your Role

Operate and maintain the Robomax Turf Harvester – one of the most advanced turf harvesters in the industry

Monitor turf quality during harvest to ensure consistent, professional-grade results

Operate and maintain centre pivot irrigation systems

Carry out basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery

Work independently across large field areas, in all conditions

What You’ll Need

A valid Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred)

Forklift Licence

Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Confident using technology

Full working rights in Australia

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and handle heavy lifting when required

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

Experience in turf, plant, or soil agronomy (advantageous but not essential)

Certificate (or higher, or currently undertaking) in Production Horticulture, Sports Turf Management, or Agriculture

HC or MC licence (highly regarded)

Previous experience with automatic turf harvesters or similar heavy/agricultural machinery (highly desirable)
