We are currently seeking a Production Floor Operator to join our client's fast-paced food manufacturing team in Ingleburn who specialise in confectionary items. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and efficiency.

Afternoon Shift: 3pm - 11pm (Monday - Friday) - On going hours

This role will include, but is not limited to:

Operate and monitor confectionery production machinery

Maintain consistent product quality by following production specifications

Conduct basic equipment checks, cleaning, and routine maintenance

Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when necessary

Follow workplace health & safety procedures and food safety standards

Complete relevant production paperwork and reporting

Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Operating a high-reach forklift (6 racks high)

Operating a counterbalance forklift

Palletising & Staging

Unloading and loading trucks

Desired skills and experience:

Valid LF license

Ability to stack to a minimum of 6 racks high

Drive in racking experience (Preferred)

Minimum of 12 months experience operating a forklift Ability to comply with GMP protocols

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
