Due to continued growth and increased production demands, we are currently seeking production or machine operators to join a dynamic team in Minto for the day shift.

Position Details:

Location: Minto, NSW

Shift: 7:00am – 3:10pm

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures

Conduct routine checks and minor troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation

Accurately complete batch documentation and maintain production records

Comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and all quality and safety standards

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

What We are Looking For:

Previous experience operating machinery, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Availability to work from Monday to Friday

Willingness to learn and adapt to standard procedures and protocols
