We’re seeking experienced and motivated Senior Production Operators to join our foundation team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work with brand-new manufacturing equipment, optimise processes, and grow with a rapidly developing business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Senior Production Operator will ensure machinery uptime, safe operations, and high-quality production outputs. Career growth opportunities are available as the facility scales.

Key Responsibilities

Build, optimise, and maintain production machinery and facility systems.

Operate, clean, and service production equipment.

Ensure equipment qualification and maintenance tasks are completed before production.

Contribute to quality strategy and GMP compliance.

Manufacture, dispense, and package products according to schedule.

Accurately complete BMRs and BPRs.

Identify and escalate production issues promptly.

Assist in sourcing parts, consumables, and liaising with contractors.

Support building systems, audits, and preventive maintenance programs.

Technical Skills & Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Process Engineering, Science, or equivalent

Cleanroom manufacturing experience

Ideally 5+ years as a machine operator in pharmaceutical or complementary medicine manufacturing

Strong knowledge of cGMP and PIC/S

Physically capable: lift up to 25kg, stand/walk for long periods, climb ladders, kneel/squat safely

Supervisory or team leader experience is highly regarded

Highly Desirable Experience

Solid dosage expertise: tablet pressing, hard encapsulation, coating, dry granulation
