As Senior Account Manager, you’ll turn recommendations into campaigns that resonate with investors, media and stakeholders across industries.
We’re looking for someone who loves owning client relationships, turning complex ideas into clear, compelling communications, and leading integrated campaigns that shift the dial.
In this full-time role, you’ll take the lead on a portfolio of B2B and corporate accounts. You’ll drive strategy, craft stories, and coordinate with our design, video and digital specialists to deliver end-to-end campaigns across PR, social, investor and stakeholder channels.
Reporting to our Account Director, you’ll bring the execution, energy and insight to make strategy happen. That means leading client conversations with confidence, managing projects from briefing to results, and spotting opportunities to add value.
You’ll be trusted to keep things moving on time and on brand, while shaping ideas and contributing to the growth of both your clients and the agency.
What you’ll be doing
Run client meetings - confidently provide counsel and recommendations
Ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget
Write punchy media releases, pitching to press, and landing meaningful coverage
Drive media outcomes - news angles, pitching, interview prep, monitoring and reporting
Build and nurture strong client relationships
Lead the planning, development and execution of digital, media and PR campaigns
Proactively identify opportunities to add value and support client growth
Plan and support events - site visits, AGMs, conferences among others
Support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery
What we’re looking for
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a PR, marketing or comms role (agency experience ideal) with proven client management
Working knowledge of digital and social (LinkedIn especially), campaign planning and analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder management
Someone who’s organised, proactive, team-orientated and shines in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points: exposure to ASX, mining and investor relations environments
