The Role

As a Senior Accountant / Client Manager, you’ll manage your own client portfolio, deliver strategic business and tax advice, and act as a technical leader within the team. This is a hands-on advisory role with plenty of variety and autonomy.

You will:

Manage a diverse portfolio of SME and family-group clients

Provide tax planning, structuring, and performance advice

Review complex financial statements and returns

Lead tax planning meetings and ensure compliance excellence

Identify growth opportunities for clients and the firm

Mentor and train junior and offshore team members

What You’ll Bring

CPA or CA qualified with 7 + years’ public-practice experience

Strong technical expertise in Australian taxation and compliance

Excellent relationship-management and communication skills

Confidence mentoring and supporting team members

Experience with Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and team-first attitude
