Join our team as a Disability Support Worker! We are looking for experienced support workers to support a 15-year-old male with high needs. Please only apply if you are available to do fortnightly permanent shifts + one weekend per month.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overnight support and ensure a safe, calm environment

Assist with morning and bedtime routines

Support with personal care

Prepare meals and snacks

Transport to and from school and community activities

Encourage independence, communication, and confidence

Maintain accurate shift notes and follow care plans

About You

Compassionate, patient, and respectful

Experience supporting young people or individuals with disabilities (required)

Comfortable providing personal care and overnight support

Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR

Ability to work alongside another worker and communicate effectively with the family and care team
