Senior Property Manager | Mainly Work from Home Role

We are seeking an Experienced Property Manager to support a growing property portfolio of mostly new modern properties, in Baldivis & South Perth area.

This is a hybrid role offering a mix of in-office, on-site, and remote work — giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while still being supported by an experienced team, up to ~4 days work from home and out on the road visiting properties in Perth!

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage a moderate portfolio of 153 properties or so, with most routines / all* leasing covered for you and 2x assistant property managers for support.
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with tenants and owners, and using PropertyMe systems
- Work under a Department Head / Senior Property Manager with almost 20 years experience, be trained by local aussie staff who are experienced and professional

WHATS ON OFFER:
- Salary circa $95,000 + Super + ~$10,000 Car Allowance
- Phone & laptop are provided, car parking locally if/when required to go into office (Perth CBD area)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Is registered in Property Management (essential)
• Holds a current driver’s licence and has a reliable vehicle
• Is a natural problem solver with excellent initiative
• Has strong on attention to detail and time management
• Is professional, personable, and eager to learn
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable using software / tools
