Your Role in the Team

You’ll manage a portfolio of predominately new homes across the Central Coast ranging from Wadalba to Cameron Park. It’s a role that blends independence with collaboration, the freedom of working from your own home office, plus the backing of our head office and offshore support teams.

And here’s the big benefit: this role is part time - three full days or four short days. The flexibility is yours.

Here’s what that looks like day to day:

• Deliver end-to-end portfolio management with confidence and care.
• Build strong, positive relationships with tenants and landlords.
• Stay organised and on top of inspections, maintenance and compliance.
• Work seamlessly with our NSW & QLD Property Management teams.
• Travel locally across your portfolio, with the occasional Cronulla visit for training and team catch-ups.

You’ll Thrive Here If…

You’ve got 2-3 years’ experience in end-to-end portfolio management and a Class 1 or Class 2 Real Estate Licence. You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based PM systems, and you’ve got your own car to get around your portfolio.

Most of all, you’re passionate about making property management feel different. Delivering a customer experience that makes tenants and landlords feel glad they’re with us.
