Day Supervisor – Camp Grounds Coffee & Wine

Camp Grounds Coffee & Wine is looking for our next Day Supervisor — a hands-on leader who lives and breathes Happy Camper Service and thrives on building great team culture.

We’re one of the leading hospitality venues in the New England region, known for our specialty coffee, modern Aussie menu, and lo-fi wine offering. We’re now looking for a supervisor who can help us continue to raise the bar in service, consistency, and team energy.

The Role

You’ll lead day operations — driving service, coaching the team, and setting the tone on the floor. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help deliver smooth, upbeat service and genuine customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Lead and motivate the daytime team

Deliver warm, genuine Happy Camper Service

Support daily sales and service goals

Ensure smooth coordination between floor, coffee bar, and kitchen

Maintain venue presentation and systems

Support training and team development

About You

1–2 years’ leadership experience in hospitality

Strong communicator who leads by example

Passion for coffee, food, and guest experience

Calm, confident, and people-focused

Holds or willing to obtain RSA
