We are looking for an enthusiastic Catering Supervisor to join our team in the daily Catering operations of the club in a part time role. To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience running restaurant and event spaces.
Minimum 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
Attention to detail with the ability to work to a high standard.
Experience in event coordination is desired but not required.
Confidence to work in a team of professionals, understanding the customer needs and the ability to think on your feet.
RSA & RCG certifications.
Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings & weekends
Commitment to work a minimum of 26+ hours per week.
You will be joining a team of approximately 40 that is committed to growing as a successful club. We are well known for having one of the finest golf courses in the region. In additional to our Championship 18 hole golf course, we have a 100 seat restaurant and a function room overseeing the picturesque course, 32 gaming machines and a popular bar & TAB facilities.
