Eling Forest Cafe is looking for hospitality superstars to join our friendly team. We are seeking an experienced Cafe all rounder/supervisor.

The roles and responsibilities of Cafe all rounder/supervisor. include:

Day to day running of the cafe, ensuring exceptional level of customer service

Building rapport and relationships with new and existing customers

Ensuring the café is well-presented with an exceptional level of hygiene

Maintenance of equipment

To be considered please make sure you have:

Barista experience preferred - willing to improve your coffee brewing skills and knowledge.

Ability to work under pressure

Great problem solving skill

Great time management skill

Outstanding leadership and communication skills

An energetic person with positive attitude

Strong understanding of costs and waste management

Create an efficient and fun environment for staff and customers

Available on weekend and public holidays.
