About the role:
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative restaurant team, and supported by our venue operations team, this role is ideal for someone who will relish the opportunity to make their mark and help this already established business continue to evolve.

The key responsibility of this role is overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant bar, with a focus on team leadership and stock control. You will be involved with beverage program development, be responsible for shift management, ordering, bar stock management and some closes.

You will be required to work a flexible and rotating roster across a 6-day week of operation, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
