The Opportunity

We're looking for an Operations Supervisor who thrives in a dynamic environment. Someone who can balance hands on operational work with office-based administration duties.

In this role, you will:

Support the Operations Manager with the day-to-day running of the Central Queensland depot (Gladstone and Bundaberg locations)

Perform safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant waste removal and industrial cleaning, including truck driving, vacuum truck operation, and high-pressure water blasting

Liaise with internal teams, clients and contractors to keep operations running smoothly

Coordinate general maintenance of vehicles and equipment

Handle depot administration tasks including scheduling, paperwork and record-keeping

Strong focus on health and safety

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in an operations or supervisory role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools

Excellent organisation and problem-solving ability

HR License (or higher)

Previous experience in waste management or industrial services will be highly regarded
