McDonald’s Supervisor – Area / Multi-Site Operations (5 Stores)

We are seeking a McDonald’s Supervisor / Area Manager to join the top management team, working closely with the Licensee to oversee the successful running of a patch of five McDonald’s restaurants.

About the Role

This is not a standard restaurant management position — it’s a multi-site leadership role where you’ll drive the performance, culture, and operational excellence across multiple stores. Working side-by-side with the Licensee, you will ensure each restaurant delivers to the highest McDonald’s standards in:

People leadership: mentoring, coaching and developing Store / Restaurant Managers and their teams.

Operations management: maintaining consistency across five stores, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s systems, processes, and brand standards.

Financial performance: analysing KPIs, controlling costs, improving profitability, and supporting business growth.

Customer experience: leading initiatives that deliver world-class service and food quality.

Strategic leadership: partnering with the Licensee on projects, people planning, and long-term growth strategies.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need McDonald’s management experience — understanding the brand’s culture, systems, and operational excellence is essential. You’ll also bring:

Proven success in multi-site, area, or senior operations management (QSR, hospitality, or retail).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

Commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret KPIs and deliver results.

Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

A passion for operations and a drive to deliver excellence at scale.
