This established manufacturer has been crafting premium cheese, fresh milk, yoghurt, and gourmet dairy products for over 50 years, combining traditional techniques with modern manufacturing sophistication.

They're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead diverse manufacturing operations across multiple departments. You'll manage up to 30 dedicated team members in a facility that combines traditional artisan techniques with modern food manufacturing technology ... lots to learn!

Location: Sunshine Coast hinterland - easy commute from anywhere across the Sunshine Coast

Salary: Up to $75,000 (negotiable)

Position: Full-time, permanent, days only

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in food manufacturing
• Leadership skills with experience managing small-medium teams
• Food safety knowledge including HACCP principles and quality management systems
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with production teams and management
• Flexibility to adapt to seasonal production demands and product variety

If you don't feel quite ready for a leadership role, they also have 2 Production Operators / Makers positions - these pay up to $33/hour + loadings as per the Award for Level 3/4 workers.
