We’re a fast-growing, fun, and motivated team looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to help us continue raising the bar in warehouse operations. If you take pride in keeping things running smoothly, leading by example, and getting the job done right, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

We’re looking for someone confident in taking ownership of their area, supporting the team, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently, safely, and accurately day to day.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily warehouse tasks within your area of responsibility

Coordinating picking, packing, loading, and general stock organisation

Maintaining high standards for safety, accuracy, and cleanliness

Supporting and motivating team members to hit daily goals

Communicating with drivers and office staff to resolve issues quickly

Operating forklifts and staging pallets as required

You

We’re after a strong communicator who can lead with confidence, stay calm under pressure, and enjoys being part of a growing, close-knit team.

Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supervisory role

Forklift licence (LF) required; LO licence a bonus

Comfortable working with alcohol products (beer, wine, spirits)

Fit and capable of manual lifting (15–30kg)

Reliable, organised, and proactive

Own transport and available for immediate start
