About Us
At Foundation Housing Ltd (FHL), we believe a home is more than a roof over your head. It's the foundation for safety, wellbeing and connection.
As one of Western Australia's leading community housing providers, we support over 3,500 people across the state, from Perth to the Pilbara and Kimberley, with safe, secure, and affordable housing options.

Our vision is a home for everyone, and we're looking for someone who shares our purpose to join us in this mission. To find out more about us please click here.
About the Role
Our Tenant Support Coordinators work collaboratively with the Housing Services team and external support agencies, to provide tailored support to tenants to help them sustain their tenancies. This role is critical to achieving the organisation's goals for positive tenancy outcomes and long-term housing sustainability.
This role will also engage with stakeholders across various levels of government and community partner organisations, building trusted relationships to strengthen collaboration and enhance tenant engagement.
Access to a full maintained company vehicle will be made available to carry out scope of the role.
