The Role
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee all aspects of logistics operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

· managing inbound and outbound shipments, including planning, scheduling and tracking.

· working closely with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders and customers brokers to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation

· ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and import/export permits.

Additional duties encompass processing essential shipping documentation, monitoring inventory levels, resolving logistical challenges and bottlenecks, and producing reports to optimise logistics performance. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for resourceful problem-solvers who thrive under pressure and enjoy collaborating with like-minded professionals in the fresh produce industry. Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you will have experience in logistics or supply chain management and demonstrate a strong understanding of transportation modes, customs protocols, and international trade.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

· proficiency with logistics technology, along with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, is essential

· excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated team.
