About the Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Education Manager to join a reputable not-for-profit aged care organisation, leading education and training across a portfolio of fully compliant homes around Sydney’s Inner West.
Reporting to the Head of Governance, you’ll oversee a team of Clinical Nurse Educators, driving professional development, capability building, and continuous improvement across the clinical workforce.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate aged care professional who thrives on supporting others to grow, maintaining excellence in care, and embedding best practice across multiple services.

About You

✔ Current AHPRA Registered Nurse
✔ Proven experience in Education or Clinical Leadership within Residential Aged Care
✔ Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ Passionate about fostering growth, excellence and positive culture
