The Role
Lead Group is seeking a Clinical Leader for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Tweed Heads on the NSW/QLD (Gold Coast) border!

This is a medium-sized facility with a beautiful internal culture that is a highly welcoming and inclusive environment. The home offers a fantastic support system, including a Clinical Facility Manager, Quality and Education Officers, ANACC support, and 24/7 Registered Nurses and Care staff.

The role will provide ongoing training and progression routes (if desired) to Facility Management, Quality Management or Clinical Educator. Relocation assistance can be provided to the successful candidate!

Role Requirements

• Full-time Australian working rights
• AHPRA Registration
• 4 years of clinical experience – Aged Care experience desirable
