About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join a respected not-for-profit aged care organisation, overseeing education and training across a portfolio of fully compliant homes around Earlwood.
Reporting to the Education Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving clinical excellence, supporting the professional development of staff, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across your sites.
This is an ideal role for an experienced RN who thrives on empowering others and making a lasting impact on the quality of care delivered.

About You

✔ Current AHPRA Registered Nurse
✔ Previous experience in education, training or clinical leadership within Residential Aged Care
