The Role

This is a role for a structured creative - someone who thinks strategically about storytelling, process, and results.

You will plan, produce, and edit video content that's not just beautiful but built to perform. From developing ideas to post-production and delivery, you'll bring order, rhythm, and intent to every frame.

You will:

Develop and storyboard original video concepts aligned with our brand strategy.

Edit cinematic short and long form content for our Website, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Build repeatable content frameworks that maintain consistency and quality across campaigns.

Shape video narratives with clear hooks, structure, and pacing to maximise engagement.

Collaborate with leadership to turn strategic goals into cohesive visual storytelling.

Stay across creative trends while maintaining brand standards and process discipline.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You:

Approach creativity like architecture - deliberate, refined, and grounded in logic.

Think in story frameworks, not random edits or trends.

Have advanced editing ability in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Can plan and manage timelines, shoots, and deliverables with precision.

Understand how structure drives attention, emotion, and brand trust.
