About the Roles
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Social Creative - Content Creator to join our marketing team full time. Based at our Head Office located in the bustling precinct of Manly Pavilion, you will enjoy a convenient beachside location with water views from your desk. This role is highly creative, fun and multi-faceted, here’s some of things you can expect to get up to:
Content Creation & Design
Develop innovative, out-of-the-box ideas that start on social and expand into integrated campaigns
Create visually engaging assets for social media, websites, and marketing
campaigns.
Shoot and edit content for events, campaigns, and activations (primarily on phone).
Video Production
Edit short-form content using apps such as CapCut.
Support larger-scale video productions with creative input and on-set assistance.
Social Media &Community Management
Help plan and write content calendars across social platforms.
Manage community interactions, including monitoring and responding to comments.
Stay across trends to bring fresh ideas into content execution.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the creative, strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
Assist with ad-hoc creative requests and campaign support.
This role is based on a Tuesday - Saturday work week, with flexibility where needed. As many of our events and activations take place on weekends, weekend availability will be required.
About You
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. You will have an eye for style and photography, with a natural flair for creative writing. You will have a genuine interest in food, beverage and Sydney’s hospitality scene in general. You will enjoy working as part of a team as well as autonomously, being willing to attend venues and events on your own intermittently for content creation purposes. You will be self-motivated, demonstrating creativity and speedy execution. You will also:
1–3 years’ experience in content creation, social media, or a similar creative role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut essential; Premiere Pro and After Effects
a bonus).
Confident shooting content on phone, with an eye for framing and storytelling.
Strong copywriting and content planning skills
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Passionate about digital culture, trends, and social platforms.
