About the role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting high quality candidates with vacant job opportunities sourced from Account Managers or Business Partners. Be accountable for sourcing and assessing potential candidate in line with 360 Personnels company values, culture, and job requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong client relationships to understand workforce needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Source candidates, conduct assessments and maintain a reliable candidate pool through strong relationships.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, manage job offers, and handle candidate timesheets and overpayment recovery.
Stay updated on labor market trends and provide clients with strategic hiring insights.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
About you:

Additionally, you will bring: (the qualifications or specifics for the role)
Proven experience gained in a similar role within blue collar temp recruitment
Able to demonstrate your understanding of full end to end recruitment
Familiar with all sourcing strategies and have recruitment system experience (Bullhorn preferred).
