SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Assisting with candidate searches, pre-screening calls and database building
• Qualifying candidates to assess suitability for roles
• General administration duties
• Assisting senior consultants in writing up candidate profiles
• Conducting reference checks
• Assisting with marketing activations and events
• Documenting meetings and assisting in meeting scheduling
• Assisting with candidate interviews
• Assisting with team events and internal incentive programs
