We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Sushi/Sashimi Chef to take charge of our raw bar offering, creating a premium seafood experience that defines the Sunshine Coast’s newest dining destination.

What You’ll Do

Craft visually stunning, high-quality sushi and sashimi with precision and flair

Design and execute a refined raw bar menu blending Japanese tradition with modern creativity

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, freshness, and consistency

Collaborate with a dynamic culinary team in a fast-paced, high-end environment

Bring your passion, skill, and attention to detail to every plate

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Sushi or Sashimi Chef in a premium or high-volume kitchen

Chef Hat experience or experience in a fine dining environment highly regarded

Exceptional knife skills and mastery of seafood preparation

Strong eye for detail, presentation, and consistency

A team player who thrives under pressure

Flexibility to work across a variety of kitchen sections as needed

Deep passion for Japanese cuisine and culinary innovation
