Baillie Hill is Perth’s newest hospitality precinct, opening late 2025 in the heart of East Victoria Park. With restaurants, bars, and unique experiences all under one roof, Baillie Hill will be a vibrant hub for locals and visitors alike — a place where great food, drinks, and community come together.

We’re looking for six experienced Duty Managers to join our opening leadership team, split across our two flagship venues — The Berwick and Milly’s Acre. These hands-on roles will support Venue Managers in leading daily operations, motivating teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Start Date: Late-November 2025

What We Are Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory or duty management role

Adaptable and confident in high-volume, fast-paced service environments

Natural leader who builds positive, professional relationships with staff and management

Strong understanding of bar, restaurant, and guest service standards

Passionate about food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences

Key Responsibilities

Open and close venues across the Baillie Hill precinct

Lead shifts, manage breaks, and adjust staffing levels to maintain smooth operations

Oversee and assist with the setup and execution of functions and events

Maintain exceptional bar and restaurant standards during service

Promote a positive, supportive workplace culture

Mentor and train team members on service, food, and beverage excellence

Assist Venue and Restaurant Managers with daily operational tasks

Provide support to other venues within the precinct as needed
