Full Time Duty Manager

Salary $74,000 to $78,000 pa

We're a brand-new, fun, and fast-growing entertainment venue a driving range like no other and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on Duty Manager to help keep things running smoothly.

OUTTABOUNDS opened less than a year ago and we're already making a name for ourselves as the place to hang out, eat, and have a good time. We mix golf, tech, food, and fun to create a fresh experience, and we want someone to help us build on that.

What You'll Do

Be the go-to person when you're on shift, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Support and lead the team across the bays, bar, kitchen, and guest service areas

Help solve any issues that pop up with staff or guests quickly and calmly

Open and close the venue, handling cash and daily paperwork

Keep an eye on safety and make sure everyone follows the rules, including RSA requirements

Work closely with management to help with events and staff training

About You

You've got experience in a similar role hospitality, entertainment, or events

You have minimum of 1-2 years of duty manager or similar hospitality management experience

You hold (or can get) an RSA and First Aid certificate and a be an approved manager

You're calm under pressure and good with people

You're happy to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

You have Australian work rights for this position
