Melbourne Physio Co. is a small, client-focused business providing mobile physiotherapy and allied health services. We specialise in supporting NDIS and aged care clients, helping people improve their independence, mobility, and quality of life.

About the Role
We're seeking a part-time Administrative Manager to support the smooth running of our practice. This role is based remotely, with preference for applicants in metropolitan Melbourne. Previous experience of 5+ years is highly desirable.

Your responsibilities will include client scheduling, managing records and appointments, and supporting NDIS, aged care service agreements and claims. Some simple social medial management and data management may be required.

About You
You're an organised and detail-oriented administrator with excellent communication skills. You're confident working remotely, proactive in solving problems, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.

A minimum of 2+ years of administration experience is required for this role.

Australian citizenship is essential for this position.

Experience with Xero, Slack, Canva and MS Office is highly valued. Experience in NDIS or aged care administration as well as experience with social media will be looked upon very favourably.

Salary & Benefits

$72,000 - $79,000 pro rata per year (approximately 20-24 hours per week) + super (12%) — commensurate with experience
