About the Role

• Competitive salary -$76,515 + perks
• Permanent full-time position
• Day shifts only, with no split shifts
• Located at Innaloo Shopping Centre

As a talented Café Manager, you will:

• Motivate, support and manage a team of all ages
• Build rapport with your team and customers
• Lead and develop a team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment
• Uphold Miss Maud’s proven policies and procedures to ensure service, presentation and cleanliness standards are exceptional
• Manage day-to-day café operations, including financials, inventory, and staff scheduling
• Work with the executive manager to grow the profitability of the café

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A reliable car and a valid driver’s licence
• Previous supervisory and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• A hospitality/management qualification (preferred)
• A “roll your sleeves up” attitude
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience in café or restaurant management
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations of the café
• Someone who can think quickly and efficiently handle multiple tasks at once
• A motivated team player with a keen interest to inspire others to learn and develop
