An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established organisation based in Kingsrove. Due to ongoing expansion and growth, the business is seeking an experienced sales administrator to join their busy Operations administration team.
Your new role
.You will be part of a small, busy team responsible for duties not limited to:
- Manage data entry, phone support, and administration of vehicle and special hazard systems.
- Process sales orders
- Data entry
- Update compliance reports
- Handle document management and generate reports
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate communication.
- Administer purchase orders and invoicing
- Assist the sales team .
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
- High attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Excellent communication skills to handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Capability to work collaboratively within a service team and contribute to process improvements.
