We’re growing and are looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of project delivery — leading subcontractor teams, protecting quality, and ensuring every homeowner has a brilliant experience.

What you’ll do

Manage multiple residential painting projects from handover to completion

Recruit, onboard and lead subcontractor teams to a high standard

Maintain schedules and deliver projects on time and on budget

Ensure premium workmanship and a tidy, respectful site

Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the project

Identify and secure variations during delivery

Monitor job performance and report margins confidently

You’ll be supported by office/admin, qualified leads, and strong digital systems to help you win.

Who you are

3–5+ years managing trades and subcontractors (painting, construction, fit-out or similar)

Experience delivering premium residential projects

Calm, organised and proactive with multiple moving parts

Comfortable leading teams and engaging with homeowners

Strong grasp of quality, productivity and margin

Full Australian working rights

Above all — you take pride in delivering professional, smooth and high-quality projects.
