Vision Brands Group is a growing Melbourne-based multi-brand company designing across mens, womens, and children's apparel and accessories, supplying both major retailers and online channels. We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our Cremorne team and play a pivotal role in bringing our collections to life.

About the Role
As Production Manager, you'll oversee the full production cycle—from sampling through to bulk delivery—ensuring every collection is delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budget. Working closely with design, merchandising, and supply chain teams, as well as global suppliers, you'll play a key role in turning creative vision into commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end production across multiple brands.

Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers.

Negotiate costs, lead times, and quality standards.

Oversee critical path management to meet deadlines.

Translate design vision into commercially successful product.

Proactively identify and resolve production challenges.

Contribute to business growth as part of a close-knit team.

About You
We're looking for someone with a blend of technical expertise, commercial insight, and strong problem-solving ability.

Previous experience as a Production Manager in fashion.

3-4 years of Production Manager experience in fashion is required.

Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and processes.

Proven track record managing global supply chains.

Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

Commercial mindset with high attention to detail and quality.

A keen eye for detail and commitment to accurate records and data.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficient in production planning & scheduling software plus MS Office.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resolving issues quickly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
