About the role

Join South West Alliance Rural Health (SWARH) and play a key role in improving digital systems across our member health services.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Work closely with clinical and corporate teams to understand their needs and translate them into clear business requirements
• Develop ICT-enabled solutions and produce Initiation Briefs, Business Cases and Tenders to support delivery
• Analyse and improve business systems and processes to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
• Estimate, plan and collaborate with other directorates to design and document effective solutions
• Facilitate monthly ICT forums for each SWARH member to capture and progress ICT demand
• Work with fellow SWARH members to prioritise and schedule demand within existing frameworks
• Contribute to ongoing communication and quality assurance activities to support successful outcomes
