To support our growing digital transformation across both export and property divisions, we are seeking a qualified and experienced ICT Business Analyst (ANZSCO 261111) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements across export, logistics, and property development operations to identify process gaps and ICT improvement opportunities.

Design, document, and implement ICT-enabled business practices and digital workflow enhancements to optimise operational efficiency.

Prepare functional specifications, business process maps, and system documentation in line with project goals.

Collaborate with management, logistics staff, and project teams to ensure ICT systems meet business objectives and compliance standards.

Conduct feasibility studies and data analysis to support ICT infrastructure planning, automation, and performance reporting.

Support the deployment of ICT systems, including user testing, staff training, and post-implementation reviews.

Develop and maintain user manuals, training guides, and technical documentation.

Skills and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Minimum two years’ full-time experience in ICT business analysis, preferably within export, logistics, or property development industries.

Proven analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of ICT project management and business-process modelling.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement abilities.

Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and project-management software systems.

Salary:

AUD $85,000 per annum (before superannuation)
