As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to take ownership of operations at their Toowoomba site - driving safety, quality and efficiency in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to lead a capable production team and shape a site that's central to our ongoing growth. You will:

• Manage all daily operations, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
• Oversee maintenance, materials and logistics to minimise downtime and maximise output.
• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement across the site.
• Motivate and develop staff, fostering a strong team culture built on accountability and performance.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, costs and productivity.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience managing a manufacturing or production facility.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build engagement and drive results.
• Sound knowledge of WHS, maintenance, quality control and operational performance.
• Commercial understanding of budgets, inventory and supplier management.
• A hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
