Brooki Bakehouse is a popular bakery with exciting opportunities available in a fast growing company.

Brooki is continuing to grow our team, and we are now seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the logistics and operation of our manufacturing & distribution process, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Initially the role will be based in Fortitude Valley, however we are moving to a larger and more modern production facility in Underwood (Logan) in January.

As Production Manager, your role will involve;

Implementing systems and procedures for a smooth operation

Forecasting production requirements and managing schedules to meet demand

Effective leadership of bakers and kitchen staff, ensuring quality of product and high staff retention and satisfaction

Staff rostering and timesheets

Budgeting, stock ordering, and food costing

Maintaining kitchen presentation, cleanliness and product integrity

Maintain safe, secure and healthy workplace environment

Monday-Friday operation in senior leadership role

What skills will you possess?

A minimum of 3 years experience in a management position in a commercial production facility

Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced environment

Experience in HACCP Food Safety Certification

High standard of food preparation and productivity

Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

Experience in budget management and cost control

Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail

Role Requirements:

Food Safety Certificate

First Aid Certificate

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
