About the Role

As Store Manager, you are the key leader on site for a dynamic retail store in Melbourne. You will:

Drive sales growth and profitability, consistently achieving store targets.

Lead, coach and develop a team of sales consultants to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Oversee store operations including visual merchandising, stock control, presentation standards and team rostering.

Maintain and elevate the premium service standards associated with a high-end menswear retailer.

Contribute to local store marketing initiatives and community involvement aligned with the brand's values.

Analyse sales performance, customer metrics and inventory trends to make recommendations and implement improvements.

Ensure compliance with brand-standards, loss prevention and workplace health & safety.

What We're Looking For

Significant retail management experience in fashion, luxury goods or premium menswear.

A strong leader and people-manager; you'll cultivate a motivated, high-performing team that delivers outstanding service.

Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and controlling costs.

Passion for quality product, attention to detail, brand presentation and store experience.

Ability to communicate effectively, build relationships and represent the store as a premium destination.
