Property Manager - CBD - Mandarin Speaking Advantageous

With admin, leasing and field support, you will manage a portfolio of 170 residential properties, 99% of which are CBD apartments, walkable and easy portfolio!

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5:30pm with NO WEEKENDS

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of up to 170 properties, 99% of which are CBD apartments, walkable and easy portfolio
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with admin, maintenance requests, inspections for portfolio, with admin, field and leasing support
- Lease renewals, rent increases and the "back end" of property management tasks

WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary $70,000 - $75,000 + Super
- Tools of the trade, laptop, phone are provided

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Mandarin speaking is preferred
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
