TbuilT Group is a high volume cabinet maker based in Brisbane. We deliver premium joinery products for our clients; Tier 1 and 2 builders.

The Role

Due to growth we are seeking a Machine Operator within our factory at Eagle Farm. This will be a permanent full time position with a minimum 8 hour days Monday - Friday starting immediately.

Responsibilities will include:

Fulfilling a daily production schedule

Follow quality control guidelines, carrying out quality checks through the production phase

Loading the CNC programs, select and set up tools, test the program, and ensuring everything works correctly

Problem solving to reduce downtime and correct any machine issues

Working within a team to produce high efficiency levels

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 2 years experience with CNC and Edgebander on the production floor in high volume cabinet making or similar factory

Forklift licence essential

Ability to read and follow technical drawings and diagrammed instructions

Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised

Adhere to and strive for high quality standards

Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
