We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our growing team at Aussie Benchtops, one of Southeast Queensland’s leading stone benchtop manufacturers. This is a full-time role based in our Yatala factory, where you will work closely with the owners and production team to deliver high-quality stone benchtops to our valued clients. The role is to start in January 2026.

About the Role

Full-time position operating CNC machinery in a busy stone fabrication workshop

Set up, run, and maintain CNC stone processing equipment

Work closely with our production team and company owners to achieve precision and quality

Assist with programming, tool changes, and troubleshooting

Contribute to continuous improvement of production efficiency and quality standards

About You

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

To be successful, you will have:

Experience operating CNC machines in the stone fabrication industry (essential)

Familiarity with Farnese CNC machinery highly regarded

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and fabrication plans

A positive attitude and strong communication skills

Current driver’s licence

The right to work full-time in Australia
