Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Fitter to support a high-speed beverage company in Dandenong South.

This position is full time max term Night Shift (11:00PM – 7:00AM), until March 2026.

Initial training will be conducted on either the Day or Afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the production team to keep bottling lines running at peak efficiency and minimize downtime.

Develop and carry out preventative maintenance plans to ensure all plant and equipment perform at their best.

Use fault-finding and root cause analysis to quickly diagnose and repair mechanical issues or breakdowns.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and support capital projects.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, manage critical spare parts, and uphold all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

What you’ll bring:

Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter (Cert III or equivalent).

Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.

A commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
