Duties:

· Providing end-to-end IT support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Windows 10/11 PCs, printers, docking stations, and peripherals for various clients, both onsite and remotely using Datto RMM and the Autotask ticketing system.

· Administering Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, while managing cloud services such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Entra to ensure seamless operations.

· Maintaining and monitoring in-house servers and network infrastructure, diagnosing network faults and implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.

· Configuring IP addresses, updated network drivers, and troubleshot connectivity issues to facilitate effective resolution and ensure smooth network operation.

· Implementing and managing network security tools, including configuring firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures, and enforcing access control policies in alignment with organizational IT standards and SLAs.

· Managing and maintaining network firewalls, both hardware and software, from initial configuration to ongoing monitoring, ensuring secure communication across systems and networks.

· Evaluating and developing complex system designs, ensuring the integration of network infrastructure with computer systems and the optimal configuration of networking components to support business requirements.

· Handling onboarding and offboarding processes by creating and deactivating user accounts on local servers and Microsoft environments, assigning role-based access to maintain data integrity and security.

· Conducting system audits, performed risk assessments, and reviewed network architecture to identify improvements and support future IT strategies while ensuring compliance with standards.

· Ordering and replacing hardware components for Acer devices through the Acer portal, and carried out in-house and on-site repairs, including the maintenance of Lexmark printers.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects, ensuring proper coordination and execution of tasks to meet business objectives and network-related goals.

· Continuously monitoring system and network performance, providing proactive recommendations for system upgrades, hardware replacements, and software optimizations to improve client satisfaction.

· Managing network troubleshooting tasks, identifying and resolving connectivity issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring minimal downtime for clients across various locations.

· Assisting in network upgrades, including the integration of new hardware, reconfiguration of network settings, and the migration of services to enhance system scalability and efficiency.

Skills / experience required:

· Completion of Bachelor degree in IT or relevant

· A minimum of 3-year work experience as a ICT Support and Test Engineers

· Strong communication skills

· Proven ability to prioritise competing demands effectively

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
