As an Application Support Engineer, you’ll blend your technical problem-solving abilities with outstanding client care, assisting enterprise customers in achieving optimal performance from their SaaS and self-hosted systems.
Provide top-quality SaaS support that instils confidence in clients and ensures their critical systems operate at their peak. Their technology supports some of Australia’s most critical and regulated industries — from government and infrastructure to other high-assurance sectors.

What you will be responsible for...
- Providing responsive, customer-focused application support across cloud and on-premise environments.
- Managing and resolving tickets within agreed SLAs, collaborating with internal development and infrastructure teams.
- Troubleshooting database, API, and server issues using SQL, Linux, and your analytical skills.
- Assisting with software upgrades, release rollouts, and internal improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshooting and triaging issues across critical systems.
- Participating in an after-hours support roster (one week in five).
What you'll bring to the role...
- Over a year of commercial experience in application or software support roles, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Experience working with SQL
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Understanding of cloud, APIs, or web-servers
- Customer-centric approach
- Experience with ticketing systems, ITIL processes, and service-level management
- Australian Citizenship (required for security clearance).
