The Opportunity
This role has been created to take the administrative load off the engineers and electrical designers, allowing them to focus on what they do best — designing and delivering exceptional engineering solutions. As the Master Scheduler / Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a structured and organised environment, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. It’s an excellent opportunity for a detail orientated and motivated professional who’s looking to take the next leap in their career and deepen their understanding of how to run a successful manufacturing company that utilizes international partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera
- Support engineers with document control, submissions, and deliverables tracking
- Coordinate order placement and manage offshore manufacturing requirements
- Assist with project planning and contract administration
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and dependencies
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure schedules align with design milestones and client deliverables
- Drive consistency, structure, and accountability across project documentation and planning
About You
- Degree-qualified in engineering, project management, or a related discipline highly desirable
- 2+ years experience in project coordination, scheduling, or contract administration
- Proficient in MS Project or Primavera
- Strong understanding of document deliverables and project workflows
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn
