NES Fircroft have partnered with a leading industrial manufacturer in Regional NSW who are seeking a Project Coordinator to support production, logistics, and process optimisation across a busy operational site.

This role suits someone who is from a Chemical Engineering background, enjoys the variety of balancing technical problem-solving with day-to-day coordination to keep production safe, efficient, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound feedstock, tank levels, and outbound deliveries.

Plan weekly and monthly schedules to align with production targets.

Support process and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Maintain compliance with CoR, waste tracking, and DG transport laws.

Liaise with internal teams and carriers to manage logistics issues.

Prepare accurate reports and documentation.

About You:

Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

Experience in a manufacturing or process plant environment.

Strong coordination, communication, and planning skills.

Knowledge of logistics, compliance, and safety standards.

Proficient with Excel and basic scheduling tools.
